Job Description
We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for our growing team.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English along with Hindi or Punjabi. Experience in International or Domestic Voice Process, Customer Support, or Inbound Calling will be preferred.

Key Requirements
✔ Graduation is mandatory
✔ 2–3 years of experience in customer support/inbound calling
✔ International or Domestic process experience preferred
✔ Excellent spoken English is mandatory
✔ Hindi or Punjabi language proficiency required
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Professional and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Provide accurate information and customer support
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Preferred Skills
✔ Experience in Voice Process / Customer Support
✔ International calling experience will be an added advantage
✔ Accounts-related process experience is a plus
✔ Strong customer handling skills
✔ Good problem-solving abilities
