We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who is passionate about meeting people, generating business, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through:
- Social Media
- Tele-calling
- Direct client visits
- Networking and word-of-mouth referrals
- Other innovative lead generation methods
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography and videography packages.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Customer Relations. But, freshers are also welcome to apply if you think you can fit our requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Tamil and English (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
