- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery timing and address confirmation.
- Track dispatched materials and ensure proof of delivery is collected.
- Handle delivery-related customer complaints and coordinate for resolution.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor pending deliveries and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain delivery reports, transportation records, and other related documentation.
