Customer Reception
- Greet customers visiting the service center.
- Listen to customer concerns about vehicle issues.
- Create a job card detailing the problem and required services.
2. Vehicle Inspection
- Perform a basic inspection of the vehicle with the customer.
- Note damages, service needs, and additional repair requirements.
- Explain recommended services to the customer.
3. Service Coordination
- Coordinate with mechanics and technicians in the workshop.
- Assign repair and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion.
4. Cost Estimation
- Prepare service estimates including labor charges and spare parts.
- Explain service cost to customers and get approval before repair.
5. Customer Communication
- Update customers about repair status and additional issues found.
- Inform customers about service completion and delivery time.
6. Billing & Delivery
- Prepare final invoice and explain the work completed.
- Ensure vehicle is clean and ready for delivery.
- Hand over the vehicle and explain maintenance tips.
7. Customer Relationship
- Follow up with customers after service.
- Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain good relationships for repeat business.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- any degree + automobile knowledge is accepted.
Experience
- 0–7 years
- Experience in automobile service centers is preferred.
Typical Salary (Tamil Nadu)
- Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Good Incentive apart from Salary
