Taquerias is an upcoming Mexican restaurant in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. We are looking for a responsible, hands-on and highly organised Site & Operations Manager who can take ownership of the restaurant site and ensure that all ongoing work, vendors, deliveries and operational requirements are executed smoothly.
The ideal candidate will act as the owner’s on-site representative, particularly when the owner is unavailable, and will be responsible for coordinating people, vendors, contractors and daily site activities.
Responsibilities
● Supervise contractors, workers and day-to-day site activities
● Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
● Manage deliveries, shipments and incoming materials
● Follow up on pending work and ensure timelines are met
● Check the quality and completion of work
● Handle day-to-day site issues and coordinate solutions
● Act as the main point of contact at the site when the owner is unavailable
● Provide regular updates on site progress
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
