Role and Responsibilities
Server Infrastructure Management & Maintenance:
- Monitor, manage, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
- Perform regular system health checks, performance tuning, and patch updates.
- Handle user and group management, access permissions, and security policies.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file.
- Support and maintain virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
Backup & Recovery
- Ensure regular data backup, restoration testing, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Manage backup solutions (NAS, SAN)
- Maintain proper backup logs and reports.
- IT Help Desk:
- Provide remote helpdesk support, via remote control and through our ticketing system, for most issues related to desktop and laptop software, hardware and peripherals as needed maintain infrastructure and complete work requests.
- Conduct technical support in line with documented procedures.
- Provide Seniors with regular updates on common problems encountered and identify possible longer-term solutions/improvements to reduce future problems.
- Management of patch and upgrade processes for systems and major line-of-business applications.
- Must be able to resolve issues in short turnaround time
- Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud:
- Hands-on configuration of Microsoft 365 services, windows active directory user provisioning and patch management, Endpoint security products.
- Intermediate knowledge of cloud technology (Azure/AWS)
- Other Technical Skills:
- Understanding and administration of surveillance setup (CCTV/Access Control System)
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
- Manage inventory of hardware, software and subscriptions.
- Information Security & Compliance:
- Basic knowledge of Firewall, Endpoint Security and DLP technologies.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 27001 documents and process handling.

Pay: ₹10,377.89 - ₹40,000.00 per month
