We are looking for a Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office and showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and preferably experience in the jewellery retail or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office and showroom administration.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle vendor coordination, purchase requests, and office supplies.
- Monitor petty cash, administrative expenses, and reimbursement records.
- Coordinate travel, courier services, and logistics.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Support inventory of office assets, stationery, and equipment.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, HR, and production teams for administrative requirements.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize company events.
- Ensure office facilities, housekeeping, and maintenance are properly managed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
