Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of industrial equipment at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation and commissioning of equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, periodic servicing, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Perform equipment upgrades, refurbishment, and calibration-related activities.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and machine operators.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and related documentation.
- Coordinate service visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in Service Engineering, Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance, or Field Service.
- Ability and willingness to drive a four-wheeler for customer site visits.
Required Skills
- Experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Basic understanding of calibration and preventive maintenance.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field service activities.
Job Requirements
- Willingness to travel for customer site visits.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
