Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and manufacturing accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GST reconciliations.
- Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns and compliance with Income Tax regulations.
- Prepare and reconcile purchase, sales, and stock records related to manufacturing operations.
- Monitor inventory valuation, production accounting, and cost records.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Process vendor payments and customer collections.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of:
