Job description:
- Candidate is required from Jamnagar (Local) having Brass Manufacturing Industries Experience.
- Inspection & Testing:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods for defects, damage, or non-compliance.
- Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and interpret blueprints/specifications.
- Perform functional, safety, and durability tests.
- Monitoring & Control:
- Oversee production stages to maintain consistent quality.
- Monitor process parameters and halt production if critical issues arise.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Record inspection findings, test results, and quality data accurately.
- Document defective products and disposition of rejected items.
- Generate reports for supervisors and management.
- Collaboration & Improvement:
- Communicate defects and quality issues to production teams promptly.
- Work with teams on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Provide feedback for process and product quality enhancements.
- Procedural Tasks:
- Maintain and organize quality-related documents.
- Assist with audits and implement continuous improvement.
- Manage label reconciliation and control.
Pay: ₹18,700.00 - ₹24,600.00 per month
