Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile Draughtsman to produce comprehensive technical drawings for both architectural structures and interior fit-outs. You will be responsible for creating full sets of working drawings—from shell and core layouts to fine joinery details—primarily using AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Set Production: Develop complete architectural sets (plans, sections, elevations) and interior packages (furniture layouts, RCP, and flooring).
- Joinery & Millwork: Draft high-precision shop drawings for custom furniture, cabinetry, and internal fixtures.
- Coordination: Integrate architectural elements with interior finishes and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) locations.
- Site Measurement: Conduct on-site surveys to ensure as-built conditions match the AutoCAD layouts.
- Detailing: Create specialized detail drawings for wall sections, stairs, bathrooms, and material transitions.
Requirements
- Software: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience: Proven track record in both architectural drafting and interior detailing.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of construction materials, joinery methods, and building codes.
- Accuracy: Ability to translate design intent into error-free fabrication and construction documents.
