Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Instruction
- Teach Mathematics as per CBSE curriculum and academic requirements.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and interactive learning modules.
- Use activity-based and concept-driven teaching to enhance understanding.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and examinations with timely feedback.
Student Development
- Identify learning gaps and provide necessary academic support.
- Promote critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Guide students in competitions, projects, and academic growth initiatives.
Academic Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and evaluation tools.
- Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and progress reports.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and adherence to academic timelines.
School Responsibilities
- Participate in school meetings, academic planning, and professional development activities.
- Coordinate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning.
- Maintain discipline and uphold school policies in and outside the classroom.
- Support school events, parent meetings, and student counselling sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or related discipline.
- B.Ed is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
