About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented E-Commerce Specialist who can take ownership of marketplace operations, product listings, advertising campaigns and online business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Amazon PPC, Amazon Seller Central, product listing optimization, keyword research and marketplace marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across major marketplaces.
- Plan, execute and optimize Amazon PPC and advertising campaigns.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and improve product visibility, traffic and sales.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout and SEMrush.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images and A+ Content.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance and ROI.
- Manage platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, ShopClues and Etsy.
- Handle Quick Commerce initiatives on Blinkit, including campaigns, advertisements and brand promotions.
- Analyze marketplace data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategies to improve product rankings, conversions and overall marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth e-commerce operations.
- Supervise and coordinate team members involved in e-commerce activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Management or E-Commerce Marketing.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC.
- Experience in product listing creation and optimization.
- Good understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Working knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout and/or SEMrush.
- Experience with multiple marketplaces is preferred.
- Knowledge of Quick Commerce/Blinkit will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and deliver performance.
