1. Project Overview
Dental Suite 360 and Dental Interface 360 are sister startups focused on revolutionizing the Australian dental industry through practice efficiency and community engagement. Because the Australian dental market relies heavily on visual proof and social community, we are seeking a partner to lead our brand management, content strategy, and lead generation efforts with a heavy focus on Facebook and Instagram alongside technical Zoho automation and comprehensive Google marketing strategies.
2. Scope of WorkA. Brand Management & Strategy
- Define and maintain a consistent, premium brand voice across both Dental Suite 360 and Dental Interface 360.
- Develop a marketing calendar tailored to the Australian dental industry, accounting for local dental events (such as AIDA and ADX) and professional cycles.
B. Social Media Strategy (Facebook & Instagram Focus)
- Community Building: Manage and grow our presence in Australian dental professional groups.
- Visual Storytelling: Create high-impact Instagram Reels and Facebook video content highlighting platform ease-of-use and "hand-holding" support.
- Paid Social: Execute targeted Meta Ad campaigns geotargeted to Australian practice locations and professional interests.
C. Google Marketing (Ads & Analytics)
- Google Ads (AdWords): Design and manage Search and Display campaigns targeting Australian dental professionals searching for practice management and networking solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Set up and manage Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion goals for both domains.
- SEO/SEM: Implement keyword strategies to improve organic rankings and maximize the efficiency of paid search spend.
D. Zoho Ecosystem Management
- Marketing Flows: Design and implement automated workflows in Zoho that trigger when a lead interacts with a Facebook/Instagram ad.
- CRM & Automation: Manage leads within Zoho CRM and build automated nurture sequences and onboarding workflows.
- Email Campaigns: Design and execute high-value newsletters and "launch customer" offers via Zoho Campaigns.
E. Content Creation & Distribution
- Produce high-quality, professional content: blogs, whitepapers, and social media posts.
- Maintain a unified posting schedule across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to ensure brand visibility during peak Australian hours (AEST/AWST).
F. Performance Dashboards & ROI Measurement
- Cross-Platform Dashboards: Set up and maintain comprehensive dashboards on all marketing platforms (Meta, Google, Zoho) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
- ROI Tracking: Implement tracking mechanisms to accurately measure the Return on Investment (ROI) for each individual campaign and marketing activity.
- Continuous Optimization: Use data-driven insights from dashboards to refine strategies, optimize ad spend, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
3. Required Qualifications
- Australian Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Australian dental landscape and the high engagement levels of dentists on Meta platforms.
- Zoho Power User: Advanced proficiency in Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns, including the ability to connect social lead forms to CRM workflows.
- Google Certified: Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and proficiency in Google Analytics for B2B SaaS tracking.
- B2B SaaS Background: Experience marketing software-as-a-service, preferably within healthcare or MedTech.
- Meta Blueprint Knowledge: Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager for B2B lead generation.
- Startup Mentality: Comfortable working in an agile environment where branding is built from the ground up.
4. Key Deliverables (First 90 Days)
- Audit & Setup: Review existing Zoho configurations and optimize Facebook/Instagram profiles for both brands.
- Integrated "Ad-to-CRM" Flow: A functional automation where social lead entries trigger personalized email sequences in Zoho.
- Content Roadmap: A 3-month content and distribution plan inclusive of 3-4 posts per week across all platforms.
- Lead Nurture Flows: Launch at least three automated "drip" campaigns in Zoho targeting new sign-ups.
