We are looking for a strong, experienced, and result-oriented HR Manager to take responsibility for the organization’s complete HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling employees, recruitment, HR processes, compliance, and management responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, and selection for various positions.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and manage the hiring process.
- Handle employee joining, onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflicts, and workplace issues professionally.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal and KPI processes.
- Develop employee engagement, motivation, retention, and welfare initiatives.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate employee development programs.
- Monitor employee turnover and take appropriate measures to improve retention.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports related to manpower, recruitment, attendance, attrition, and performance.
- Work closely with management and department heads on manpower and employee-related matters.
- Lead and guide HR executives/team members and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Handle HR-related issues independently and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain a professional and positive work culture across the organization.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in an HR Manager/HR Generalist/HR Executive role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong experience in recruitment and employee management.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, processes, and labour compliance.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple branches/departments and manage recruitment requirements effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HRMS or HR software.
- Should be confident, proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
Pay: ₹15,655.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
