Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Soft Skill Trainer who can inspire students and professionals through engaging learning experiences. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and the confidence to conduct interactive training sessions for schools, colleges, and corporate audiences.
The trainer should be capable of creating an energetic learning environment that enhances communication, confidence, leadership, employability, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct soft skill training sessions for students, teachers, and professionals
- Deliver interactive workshops on communication, public speaking, leadership, teamwork, interview skills, and personality development
- Facilitate engaging activities, role plays, group discussions, and presentation exercises
- Design training materials, session plans, and learning activities
- Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support TIE Club activities and campus engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with institutions and ensure smooth training execution
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and feedback documentation
- Represent Lernen professionally during institutional engagements
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Confidence in handling large audiences
- Good command over English and Tamil
- Creativity in conducting activities and engagement sessions
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
- Ability to connect with students and educators effectively
- Basic MS Office / PowerPoint knowledge
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Certification in Soft Skills / Communication Training is an added advantage

- Passionate about teaching and student transformation
- Strong stage presence and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for training assignments
- Self-motivated and adaptable
