We are looking for energetic, result-driven Marketing & Sales Executives to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting company products/services, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital leads
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing leads (online & offline)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Promote brand awareness through events, promotions, and digital platforms
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Managers & other marketing team for lead generation activities
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
Relationship & Reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up with leads and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the reporting manager
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, finance) for smooth execution of closing the customer orders.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
