- Attend walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online leads and provide detailed product information.
- Understand customer requirements related to UPVC & Aluminium windows and doors and building material.
- Explain product features, benefits, specifications, and pricing to help customers make the right purchasing decision.
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and builders to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and dispatch to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, and customer interactions in the system.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide better solutions to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall sales growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail Sales, or Customer Consulting (experience in UPVC, Aluminium, building materials, or construction industry will be an advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, or sales tracking tools.
