Administrative Duties:
Manage front office operations and handle inquiries.
Maintain student records, files, and school documentation.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and management.
Prepare reports, letters, circulars, and other administrative documents.
Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and activities.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and visitor management.
Counselling & Admissions:
Counsel prospective parents and students regarding admission procedures, curriculum, and school facilities.
Conduct admission follow-ups and maintain enquiry databases.
Convert admission enquiries into enrolments.
Assist in admission documentation and fee-related coordination.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in school administration, admissions, or counselling.
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in educational institutions.
Knowledge of school ERP software.
Ability to handle admissions targets and parent interactions effectively.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
