Accountant – School
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the school's financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory and institutional regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain school accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Manage student fee collections, receipts, refunds, and reconciliations.
- Handle vendor payments, invoices, receivables, and payables.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and budget reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the administration team for procurement and financial approvals.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / Finance background.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (school experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Transport Incharge – School
We are looking for a responsible and organized Transport Incharge to oversee the school's transportation operations, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and smooth functioning of the school transport system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the school transport fleet.
- Prepare and monitor bus routes, schedules, and student transport allocations.
- Coordinate with drivers, attendants, parents, and school administration.
- Ensure all school vehicles comply with RTO regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance, fitness certificates, and permits.
- Maintain transport records, attendance, fuel consumption, and vehicle logs.
- Address transport-related concerns from parents and staff promptly.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure drivers and attendants follow school policies.
- Assist during school events, educational trips, and special transportation requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in transport or fleet management (school experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of RTO rules, vehicle maintenance, and transport safety norms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with transport management software is an advantage.
