Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Server Manager with hands-on experience in AWS and Microsoft Azure to manage, maintain, and update our cloud infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for server maintenance, deployment, data updates, and code updates, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain cloud servers on AWS & Azure
- Deploy and update application code on servers
- Perform regular data updates, backups, and recovery
- Monitor server performance, uptime, and security
- Configure and manage:
- EC2 / Virtual Machines
- Storage (S3, Blob Storage)
- Databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
- Handle CI/CD deployment processes
- Troubleshoot server issues and downtime
- Manage domain, SSL, and hosting configurations
- Ensure server security (firewalls, patches, access control)
- Maintain logs and system documentation
- Coordinate with development team for updates and deployments
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, App Services, Storage)
- Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu server management
- Experience with Git / version control
- Understanding of deployment tools (CI/CD pipelines)
- Database management (MySQL / MSSQL)
- Basic knowledge of Docker (optional but preferred)
- Familiarity with DNS, SSL, and domain management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- Relevant certifications (AWS / Azure) are a plus
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience with Laravel / PHP deployments
- Knowledge of server automation (Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
