Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Assist HR with attendance, leave records, onboarding documentation.
Support finance team with bill tracking, invoices, and expense records
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel if required
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the office
Act as a point of contact between management and staff for admin matters
