Experience: Fresher to Experienced (Automobile Dealership Experience Preferred)
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering OR ITI (Motor Mechanic Vehicle - MMV / Diesel Mechanic / Automobile Mechanic )
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer service, repair & accident-related queries.
Inspect vehicles, prepare Job Cards & explain repair estimates.
Coordinate with workshop, Bodyshop, spare parts, warranty & insurance teams.
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain service records and follow dealership processes.
