Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and programming languages, along with excellent communication and teaching skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions, conducting practical lab exercises, mentoring students, and preparing them for academic and industry success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive classroom training on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Teach programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Conduct practical lab sessions, coding exercises, and hands-on assignments.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Guide students in developing mini projects and real-world applications.
- Provide academic support and career guidance to students.
- Maintain attendance records, student progress reports, and training documentation.
- Keep course content updated with current industry trends and technologies.
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good programming knowledge in one or more of the following:
- C
- C++
- Java
- Python
- HTML & CSS
- JavaScript
- SQL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Certification in programming or Microsoft technologies will be an added advantage.
