The HR & Administration Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, process essential payroll and attendance documentation, and oversee daily office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using online job portals, social media, and hiring platforms.
- Campaigns: Post job vacancies and manage target recruitment campaigns.
- Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and corporate management.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate employee joining, onboarding, and official exit formalities.
- Documentation: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files.
- Payroll & Attendance: Prepare monthly attendance sheets and calculate labor wages/salaries.
- Compliance Tracking: Maintain statutory, operational, and payment due dates, and send timely reminders to meet deadlines.
- Travel Desk: Book hotels, flights, trains, and vehicles for company officials and external guests.
- Office Administration: Assist in daily administrative tasks and coordinate across departments for smooth operations.
- Reporting: Maintain up-to-date HR reports, MIS data, and general administrative records.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
