We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PPC Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns, driving qualified leads, maximizing ROAS, and delivering measurable business growth. The candidate must possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise in digital advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage substantial monthly advertising budgets while maintaining efficiency and achieving target KPIs.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and campaign forecasting.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies for bidding, targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
- Create detailed performance reports and present insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign success.
- Implement conversion tracking, attribution models, remarketing strategies, and audience-building initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns.
- Proven experience handling high-volume advertising budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Demonstrated success in improving ROAS, CPL, CPA, and overall campaign performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with lead generation, e-commerce, or B2B performance marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations, marketing automation tools, and attribution platforms.
- Experience managing campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding ₹20 Lakhs / $25,000+.
