- Facilitate check-in and check-out of guests
- Take reservations of room, banquets and conferences
- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
- Organize and maintain guest registration card and related documents
- Manage concierge desk

- Preparation and submission of C-form, and related documents
- Verification of ID proofs of guests and maintenance of records
