Job Title: Accountant

Reports To: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager
Position Summary
The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, maintaining accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the organization's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
- Calculate and process taxes, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain payroll records and support salary processing.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
