Job Title: E commerce Executive
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent support.
- Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all product information and website content are accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with design, marketing and operations teams to improve conversions and user experience.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce operations or online marketplace management preferred.
