Looking for a designer who understands that every brand has a different visual language.
Someone who can design for:
- a chaotic Gen Z nightlife brand on Monday
- a sportswear/pickleball brand on Wednesday
- a women-led community platform on Friday
- and instinctively know how the design language, typography, pacing, colours, layouts & content style should shift for each.
This role is not about making “pretty posts.”
It’s about understanding brands, audiences, internet culture & attention.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–4 years minimum experience in graphic design
- Strong command over Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma & basic video editing softwares
- Ability to create:
- carousels
- static posts
- story templates
- campaign creatives
- moodboards
- basic reel/video edits
- presentation decks
Strong understanding of:
- Gen Z visual culture
- luxury/premium aesthetics
- sports & community-led branding
- creator-first content
- Someone who understands how different creators/brands need different visual identities
- Ability to adapt quickly across industries and aesthetics
- Can manage 2–3 accounts simultaneously while adhering to timelines
- Fast execution + strong attention to detail
- Someone creatively hungry who brings references, ideas & visual thinking to the table
Bonus if you:
- obsessively save references
- understand what works on Instagram today
- can think beyond templated social media design
- understand internet behaviour, hooks & scroll psychology
Salary: INR 25K–30K/month
