Role requirement :
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individuals for Team Lead and Telecalling Executive roles. Freshers and experienced candidates with any degree are welcome to apply. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage team members and handle files efficiently, along with basic computer knowledge (NoSQL knowledge is an added advantage). A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused approach are essential.
