Job Role: Site Engineer (Field Marketing)
Job Summary:
Energetic and result-oriented professional with experience in field marketing, client interaction, site visits, and project coordination. Skilled in building customer relationships, promoting construction services, generating leads, conducting market surveys, and coordinating between clients and project teams. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Promote company construction projects and services to customers.
- Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, and property owners to develop business relationships.
- Explain project details, pricing, and service offerings to customers.
- Coordinate site visits for clients and provide project updates.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Prepare daily field visit and lead generation reports.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Support the sales and project teams in achieving business targets.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline

- Any Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing, sales, construction marketing, or customer relations.
- Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (if applicable).
