- Develop and edit CNC/VMC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and optimize machining processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Prepare tool lists, offsets, and machine parameters.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and machining requirements.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies.
- Perform trial runs and modify programs to achieve required quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain process efficiency.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
- Maintain program records and process documentation.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and machine improvements.
- Follow workplace safety and manufacturing standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
