Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Maintain production reports (BPR).
- Ensure adherence to production schedules
- Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency
- Communicate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment functionality.
- Track and report production performance against goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Industry preference: Chemicals / FMCG / Pharmaceutical
- Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
