About the Role
Living Assets Builder Pvt Ltd is hiring a Telecaller who can effectively engage with potential property buyers, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate site visits. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust with customers over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Call and follow up with leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, property portals, and referrals.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and location benefits to prospective customers.
- Identify genuine buyers and qualify leads for the sales team.
Customer Engagement
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Build rapport with prospects and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Address basic customer concerns and route complex queries to the sales team.
Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers.
- Coordinate appointments between customers and sales executives.
- Follow up after site visits to gather feedback and encourage booking discussions.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM, Excel, or company software.
- Record call outcomes, follow-up dates, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily call reports and lead status updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and smartphone proficiency.
- Ability to handle follow-ups consistently.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, sales, BPO, or real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
