Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-orientated key account manager to drive business growth in the aerospace and airport sector across Pan India. The candidate will be responsible for handling key customer accounts, developing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing end-to-end sales activities with direct engagement of end customers, airport authorities, consultants, and EPC partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key accounts within aerospace and airport sectors.
- Build strong relationships with airport authorities, aviation companies, consultants, OEMs, and end customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate a sales pipeline in North India.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, including proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure long-term relationship management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management review.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and key account management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in dealing with enterprise and government customers.
- Strong relationship-building and customer handling capability.
- Knowledge of aerospace, aviation, or airport ecosystems preferred.
- Ability to handle strategic accounts independently.
- Willingness to travel across North India.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in IoT, smart city, surveillance, AI, or industrial technology solutions.
- Existing network within the airport and aerospace industry.
- Experience in tender-based and project sales.
- CRM and sales reporting knowledge.
Qualification
- B.Tech / BE / MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Engineering background preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales.
- Prior experience in the aerospace, aviation, airport, or infrastructure industry is preferred.
