Job Title: Business Development Executive - Telecalling (Work From Home)Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Work-From-Home Business Development Executive to handle outbound telecalling and client onboarding. This position offers complete flexibility of working hours, allowing you to manage your work alongside other commitments while earning a fixed stipend plus high incentives.
Please Note: This is a strict Work-From-Home role, and candidates must own a working laptop or PC to perform daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to the target audience from the provided database.
- Product Pitching: Introduce our business offerings, handle client queries, and explain product or service value.
- Deal Closing: Convince prospects, handle basic objections, and convert leads into active clients.
- Data Management: Use your system to maintain accurate daily logs of calls, updates, and follow-up schedules.
System and Mandatory Requirements:
- Must own a personal Laptop or Desktop (in proper working condition).
- High-speed, stable Internet or Wi-Fi connection.
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to make professional phone calls.
- Android or iOS Smartphone with active calling facilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales is a huge plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills in Hindi.
- Traits: Self-motivated and disciplined enough to hit targets without direct supervision.
Salary and Compensation Structure:
- Fixed Salary: 3000 to 5000 per month (Base Stipend).
- Incentives: High performance-based incentives on every successful conversion (Uncapped earning potential).
- Job Type: Remote / Part-Time / Flexible Hours.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
