Job Title: Hospital Pharmacist
Hospital Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring safe and effective drug use, managing pharmacy inventory, and providing medication-related guidance to healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret prescriptions from physicians.
- Dispense medications accurately and safely to inpatients and outpatients.
- Verify drug dosages, interactions, contraindications, and allergies.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and storage.
- Monitor patient medication therapy and recommend adjustments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and storage of medications.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
