Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Fashion Design Intern to join our team and
contribute to the development of innovative designs for Lehengas, Blouses, Kurtis, Bridal
gowns, and other women's Apparels. The ideal candidate should possess strong design
visualization skills and be capable of independently creating embroidery designs, layouts, and
styling ideas aligned with latest fashion trends. The role involves transforming
ideas/creativity into production-ready artwork.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ethnic wear and
embroidery design development for Lehengas, Blouses, Kurtis, Bridal gowns. Good exposure to
automation of tracing and pinning processes.

Qualification / Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design,
Apparel Design, or a related field.
- Strong interest in embroidery, and other fashion related stuff.
- Basic knowledge of embroidery techniques such as machine embroidery, hand
embroidery, beadwork, and threadwork.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or
embroidery design software is preferred.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of color, pattern, and aesthetics.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Create and develop embroidery design concepts for lehengas, blouses, gowns, kurtis,
and other women's apparel.
- Develop embroidery motifs, placement designs, borders, sleeves, and all-over
embroidery patterns.
- Prepare fashion illustrations, technical sketches, mood boards, and color stories.
- Research market trends, seasonal fashion directions, fabrics, colors, and
embellishment techniques.
- Create digital artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design
software.
- Select fabrics, trims, laces, beads, sequins, and other embellishments suitable for
each design.
- Maintain design documentation, artwork libraries, and product development records
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
