Recruitment:
- Job Posting: Develop and Post Job Advertisements on various platforms including job boards, social media, and company website.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize different sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including database searches, networking, and social media outreach.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining communication, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
