Position: Patient Coordinator
Location: Kochi
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups
- Handle patient inquiries through calls, messages, and direct interaction
- Maintain patient records and appointment schedules accurately
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow
- Explain treatment procedures, packages, and appointment details to patients
- Ensure proper patient support before and after consultations/treatments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in Hospital / Clinic / Healthcare industry
- Any Degree or Hospital Administration qualification
- Strong communication skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and confidence
