Act as the first point of contact for client queries via email and Calls.
Draft professional responses to client questions regarding project
schedules and site access.
Chase site managers in the UK for daily/Weekly photos and progress
reports.
Compile a "Weekly Progress Pack" (photos + bullet points) and email it to
the client every week (UK time).
Update internal trackers (Excel or ClickUp/Trello) marking
milestones: Planning > Groundwork > Finishing > Handover.
Log maintenance requests from tenants or leaseholders into the CRM.
Schedule tradespeople (plumbers, electricians) for reactive repairs by
calling/emailing UK subcontractors.
Maintain a digital register of property certificates (Gas Safe, EICR, EPC) and
flag expirations.
Raise purchase orders and match delivery notes to invoices (using
Xero/QuickBooks).
Manage the shared calendar for project handovers and council inspections.
Manage UK construction portals (e.g., Constructionline, BiP, Procontract, or
local Council portals) to identify relevant new tenders.
Download tender packs, scoping documents, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
Set up automated reminders and submit completed tenders 48 hours
before the deadline to avoid technical glitches.
Document Preparation: Convert and merge PDFs, organize bid folders,
and ensure all compliance documents are attached.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years experience in an administrative role within Construction,
Engineering, or Real Estate is benefited.
Expert in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel for formatting tenders) and Adobe
Acrobat (PDF editing/merging).
English Proficiency: C1 Level (Advanced) – you must write grammatically
perfect emails that sound like a UK native.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
