About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Process (HRBP) to support business operations through effective HR practices, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, HR operational knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business teams to drive organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, and exits.• Coordinate recruitment and interview processes.• Support employee engagement and retention activities.• Assist in KPI/KRA and performance management processes.• Maintain HR documentation and HRMS records.• Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance.• Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards.• Coordinate with department heads for HR support.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Knowledge of HR operations and employee relations• Familiarity with HRMS/HCM software• Good reporting and documentation skills• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification with minimum 4+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP role.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
