Key Responsibilities
Tendering & Business Development
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams for bid preparation.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors and perform comparative analysis.
- Maintain a database of tenders, bid status, competitors, and project opportunities.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
- Prepare tender clarifications, deviations, and post-bid submissions.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and statutory obligations during bid submission.
- Track tender outcomes and prepare bid analysis reports.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams for project planning and execution.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up on material procurement, approvals, inspections, and documentation.
- Maintain project records, reports, MOMs, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and highlight delays, risks, and critical issues to management.
- Assist in preparing project dashboards and MIS reports.
- Support billing, certification, and project close-out documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, work orders, and project documents.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for management review.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of project-related documents.
- Support contract administration and change order management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- MBA / Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
- 7–10 years of experience in tendering, estimation, project coordination, or electrical contracting industry.
- Experience in handling commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
