About the Role
We are looking for a Software Support Executive to support ERP (eR4u), assist clients, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth usage.

Responsibilities
■ Conduct online training sessions for newly onboarded clients.
■ Answer to the customers' technical issues through calls (inbound & outbound)
■ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
■ Follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the
appropriate internal teams.
■ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
■ Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
■ Prepare accurate and timely reports.
■ Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
.(and update articles regularly)
Maintain proper issue tracking records
Requirement
■ Should have knowledge in the software industry & Call based Client support
■ High customer and service orientation
■ Proven working experience in technical support,
■ At best, practical help desk or customer support experience
Skill :
■ Strong problem-solving skills.
■ Excellent client-facing skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
Ticketing tools knowledge
Multitasking & ability to work under pressure
