Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee the organization's IT operations, manage software and website development projects, and lead the technical team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management capabilities to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of all technology systems.
- Lead and supervise developers, designers, testers, and other technical team members.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor website, software, and mobile application development projects.
- Define project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Review code quality, technical documentation, and project deliverables before deployment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for project execution and IT infrastructure requirements.
- Manage website deployment, hosting, domains, SSL certificates, server configurations, backups, and security.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement preventive maintenance.
- Ensure data security, system availability, and compliance with IT best practices.
- Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, productivity, and technical standards.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, WordPress, React.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Good understanding of cloud hosting, web servers, domain management, SSL, DNS, backups, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, version control, and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to review technical work, resolve project bottlenecks, and ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Management, Software Project Management, or Technical Team Leadership.
- Proven experience managing developers, designers, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or enterprise software projects.
- Knowledge of AWS, DigitalOcean, cPanel, Plesk, Linux servers, and DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,972.28 - ₹50,000.77 per month
