Job Summary:
The Admin Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative activities, office coordination, and maintaining smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration work
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier activities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Monitor office supplies and inventory
- Manage housekeeping and office maintenance activities
- Assist in arranging meetings, appointments, and travel bookings
- Prepare reports and maintain administrative data
- Support management in routine office operations
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email)
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Time management and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (BBA / MBA preferred)
Experience:
- 1–3 years in administration or office operations

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
