Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business growth through effective HR strategies and people management practices. The role involves workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and coordination with business leaders across multiple locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR & Business Support
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce and hiring requirements
- Support organizational growth and manpower planning initiatives
- Implement HR processes and policies across locations
- Assist in change management and organizational development activities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely hiring closures
- Support onboarding and employee integration processes
- Prepare manpower planning and hiring reports
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and employee reviews
- Identify high-potential employees and support talent development initiatives
- Assist in succession planning and employee growth programs
Employee Engagement
- Conduct employee engagement and culture-building activities
- Promote a positive and performance-driven work environment
- Support communication between management and employees
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and process consistency
- Support implementation of HR SOPs and operational standards
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain HRMS data and prepare workforce analytics reports
- Track attrition, hiring status, employee engagement, and HR metrics
- Share reports and HR insights with leadership teams
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder and employee management skills
- Good understanding of HR operations, workforce planning, and performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling multi-location HR operations preferred
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related specialization
- 5–8 years of HR experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an HRBP role preferred
- Experience supporting business expansion or multiple branches is an added advantage

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
