Indus Motors is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Accessories Fitment Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of automotive accessories on customer and dealership vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Install automotive accessories such as infotainment systems, reverse cameras, parking sensors, GPS trackers, fog lamps, seat covers, security systems, dash cameras, floor mats, and other approved accessories.
- Perform basic electrical wiring and connections required for accessory installations.
- Inspect vehicles before and after fitment to ensure proper functionality and quality standards.
- Diagnose and rectify issues related to installed accessories.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures during all installation activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure timely vehicle preparation and customer delivery.
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure all accessories are fitted correctly and functioning properly.
- Maintain accurate records of accessories installed and report any defects or material shortages.
- Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- ITI (Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or related trade).
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in automotive accessory installation will be an added advantage.
- Valid LMV Driving License is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
