Job Description:
- Collaborate with marketing team to support our branding strategy encompassing website design, content marketing, e-mail marketing and trade-shows through suitable creatives and design assets.
- Bring new ideas for design and content creation to improve DEWII brand reach and reception.
- Improve efficiency of marketing operations by creating templates for various media assets such as blogs, social media posts, presentations etc.
- Understand our audience across channels (website, social, affiliate etc.) and customize creatives across these channels.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of relevant marketing or digital agency experience preferred.
- Graphic Designer by trade, photography skills (capturing and editing) is a strong plus.
- Proficient ideally in the following programs: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, HTML etc. Experience with entire Adobe CC Suite is a big plus.
- Creative and visual thinker with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate progress on assignments.
- Exceptional relationship skills with an ability to navigate a matrix organization
- Can confidently adapt to changing circumstances & priorities and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to produce results, moving projects forward with minimal supervision.
